How do I schedule a live training?

To pick a date and time for your live training, simply click here.  You do not need to schedule separate trainings for the Administrator, Dashboards, and Reports trainings.  We will cover all three sessions in your scheduled training. Please coordinate with your team to have all users attend a training session together. It's also helpful if you have added to your account as a user in order for us to do the training on your own account.  If you need help adding a user, the Help Center article for Adding a User will guide you through it, or we can always walk you through it at the start of our training if you'd prefer.


Where can I view the recorded training sessions? 

To learn at your own pace in our Recorded Trainings, please follow these steps after logging into the Brightmetrics portal. Please note this will look different than what you'll see when you log in because a) it is not on your data and b) it is not on a Genesys system. The underlying functionality of our platform remains the same. 

1.  Click on the question mark icon in the upper right corner of the page

2.  Select the Help Videos section


3.  Click on Recorded Training to expand the section and select a training
