How to Search By Call GUID

As of Sep 2017, ShoreTel has been acquired by Mitel; the product titles and images used in this article may not accurately reflect the official product titles post-acquisition. This includes subjects contained in the imagery of brightmetrics' user interface.

Brightmetrics makes searching for a specific call by a call GUID easy; if you ever have a need for this, here's how. (See Screenshot & Steps below)

(On-Demand Reports > Call Detail Report > Call GUID)
1. In the Sidebar Menu, Click on the Reports Icon
2. Select ShoreTel (MIVOICE Connect) tab on top Select System > Call Detail Report
3. Click on the Fields button to show all of the Dimensions and Values that we can filter on
4. Click on the 3 dots icon located next to the Call GUID Dimension; and choose Add Filter
5. Click on the Call GUID filter on your report filters area and Choose Matches Option and enter the Call GUID into the text field and click the green checkbox and choose Run Report.
Note: you CAN also drill into any summary level report or dashboard for the detail report which will give you the Cradle-to-Grave (C2G) complete with Call GUID on the bottom (See example screenshots below)
