We know that most of the time when you're team is busy approaching your configured thresholds, the chances are likely that you might miss the visual changes to your dashboards that indicate your first warnings and alert. That is why we've enhanced our Threshold Alerts to now include available audio alerts that trigger based on your configuration. This will allow you and the team to more proactively manage and deploy resources and distribute workload ahead of exceeding your service levels. Check out the steps below to see how you configure these within your dashboards!
1) In your Sidebar Menu, navigate to the Edit Dashboard page
2) Click the dropdown below any Real Time Chart and select Chart Options
3) In Chart Options, click on the Thresholds button
4) Check the button for Audio Notification and choose the specific tone you would like to play. You can hear the tones by clicking the play button next to the dropdown.
Note: Setting an Audio Notification will also trigger a visual indicators for which chart and value the audible threshold alert is emanating from:
