Help Section in Brightmetrics

As of Sep 2017, ShoreTel has been acquired by Mitel; the product titles and images used in this article may not accurately reflect the official product titles post-acquisition. This includes subjects contained in the imagery of brightmetrics' user interface.


Now that you're a BrightMetrics user, we wanted to let you know about the different ways in which you can get help from BrightMetrics.

One of the best ways to learn how to use BrightMetrics is to go to our Help system from the Sidebar menu. Selecting Help from the sidebar menu brings up our Help system. 
From here you can search if you know what you are looking for, you can expand a section to see what topics we have there, or you can find links to contacting us, submitting a support ticket, or suggesting a tutorial that you cannot locate.
Once you find the topic you are looking for, selecting it brings up our video tutorial system. You can follow along with the video on the left, as well as receive text instructions on the right. 
And selecting the paragraph on the right will take you directly to that corresponding spot in the video.
At the bottom of this page, you can also get links to related videos that might be helpful.
