Account Locked Out Error Message

If you have a Brightmetrics login, and an incorrect password is entered repeatedly, you'll receive this error message: 

 "The login support@brightmetrics.com has been locked out due to too many failed login attempts."

The next step, in order to protect your data (in the event that someone else has been attempting to log into your account), will be for you to set a new password to unlock the account.

Please go to the Brightmetrics login page (https://webapp.brightmetrics.com/Login.aspx) and click the "Lost your password" link to reset your password.
