On Demand Reports: Deleting Saved Reports

As of Sep 2017, ShoreTel has been acquired by Mitel; the product titles and images used in this article may not accurately reflect the official product titles post-acquisition. This includes subjects contained in the imagery of brightmetrics' user interface.

 

Permissions Level Required: Create On Demand Reports

(you will need to be a Company Admin to delete reports not created by or belonging to you.)

 

If you need to delete an On Demand Report that you have in your Saved Reports you can do so by following the steps below:

Step 1: Select On Demand Reports

Step 2: Select Saved Reports

Step 3: Select the report you wish to delete

Step 4: Select Edit Mode

Step 5: Select Delete on the bottom of the Saved Report

Step 6: Select Okay on the prompt window and your report will be deleted.
