Dashboards: Deleting Public Links

As of Sep 2017, ShoreTel has been acquired by Mitel; the product titles and images used in this article may not accurately reflect the official product titles post-acquisition. This includes subjects contained in the imagery of brightmetrics' user interface.

 

Required Permissions: Company Administrator

 

Once you have created a public link for your dashboards and it has been circulated you may have a need to remove the link for many reasons. You can do so easily by following the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to the "Users" administration area by clicking this option on the Sidebar Menu
  2. Select "Dashboards by User" perspective from the drop down options
  3. Find the Dashboard you want to delete the link for and click on the link icon that has a red minus sign
  4. pop-up window will present asking your confirmation for deleting the link

 

This link will be disabled for all persons using it, so ensure that it is not in use at the moment.
