Required Permissions Level: Create/Modify Dashboard Tabs
Bringing the large billboard type of charts, common to the Real Time dashboards that serve the daily/in-the-moment perspective, to the historical reference perspective. This will allow your team to quickly and clearly understand values over a defined period of time and benchmark your real time performance against the historical perspective uniquely suited for your comparison within the same dashboard.
Example: Weekly Totals Historical Text Chart juxtaposed to Current Real Time Chart
A typical need for this would be a Call Center team that wants to see, based off of the Core or ECC data sources, the average number of Queued Calls per Day over the time range of the current week. For example, this is especially helpful for ECC TSF perspectives to see how the team’s daily progress and outcomes are stacking up against how they’ve done within the defined time range for your historical text chart perspective.

Your configuration of Historical Text Charts follow the sames steps you’d normally use in the Edit Dashboard section of the sidebar menu, providing you with the additional “Chart Type” option of “Text” (1) for your Core ShoreTel and ECC 2.0 Data Source based charts that has only previously been available on our Real Time enabled dashboards charts:
